It doesn't perform well on thick or medium pile carpet because it doesn't have an adjustable Brush Roll which permits you to custom set the vacuum's height for carpet thickness.
It does however tell you this in the vacuum's
operator’s Manual however if you have to know about this weakness there and you
seem to have medium or heavy pile carpet you won't be a happy camper.
